By registering an account, logging in, or using any part of the Warisan138 platform, you fully and bindingly agree to all Terms & Conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the Warisan138 platform.

Every Warisan138 user is fully responsible for their own account. The following account rules and responsibilities must be observed at all times:

• One account per individual: Only one active account is permitted per individual, per household and per device. Multiple accounts are a violation and may result in the closure of all associated accounts

• Player collusion: Players are prohibited from colluding with one another to gain an unfair advantage in any game on Warisan138

• Chargebacks or unauthorised payment reversals
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or participation in any illegal activities

• Abusive or threatening behaviour towards staff or other players

Warisan138 provides this platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no express or implied warranties regarding its continuous availability, accuracy or suitability for any particular purpose. Warisan138 shall not be liable for any losses arising from:

• Service disruptions caused by system maintenance, technical failures, or force majeure
• Losses resulting from betting activity carried out by the user on the Warisan138 platform
• Unauthorised access to a user's account resulting from the user's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials
• Transaction processing delays caused by third parties such as banks or e-wallet providers

Warisan138 reserves the right to amend, update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Any amendments will take effect immediately upon publication on this page.

It is the user's responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of the Warisan138 platform after any amendments are published constitutes your acceptance of those changes. Warisan138 will endeavour to notify users of material amendments via in-platform notifications or email.

Any dispute relating to these Terms & Conditions shall first be resolved through negotiation between both parties before being referred to any relevant dispute resolution forum. These Terms & Conditions are governed in accordance with internationally recognised online gaming principles.
